meet the team
Lindsay Moreau, N.D.
Dr. Lindsay Moreau is a board certified naturopathic doctor. She completed her degree at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon.
During her 4 years of naturopathic medical training she completed rotations in environmental medicine, women’s health, and gastrointestinal disorders. She also took advanced courses in sleep, herbal medicine, and physical medicine.
After graduation, Dr. Lindsay continued her training with a residency at a functional medicine clinic in Atlanta, the largest such clinic in the southeastern United States. Here she worked with patients suffering from all sorts of chronic disease, from thyroid issues to cancer to mold toxicity.
“The best part of my job is when my patient comes back after a month or two and so many of their issues are completely gone,” Dr. Lindsay says. “So many times my patient was told they had to live with these issues, and that was just false.”
Naturopathic medicine has always been her calling, Dr. Lindsay says, she just didn’t know it. “I’ve always loved plants and diet and even as a kid I wondered how these things could improve my sports performance”. When she finally learned about naturopathic medicine, she was already on track to become a medical doctor, so it was easy to make the change. “It felt so right and happened so easily, I knew it was meant to be.”
Dr. Lindsay is so excited to return to her Wisconsin roots with her knowledge and expertise in natural medicine as part of the Ideal Human team. When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Lindsay enjoys strength training, hiking and backpacking, and gardening. She also loves tasty food and is a coffee connoisseur.
Hailey Schim - M.s., R.D., NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Fertility Dietitian, IFBB Pro
While originating in sport and athletics, Hailey quickly learned that there was no such thing as optimizing performance without first considering digestion and overall health. Clients who are inflamed and experience digestive concerns should not expect to be able to digest and absorb their nutrients nor perform optimally. The same concepts could be applied to weight loss, improving cholesterol/blood sugar status, balancing hormones for fertility or menopause... the list goes on!
With nutrition being one of the biggest inputs to improving these markers, Hailey fell in LOVE with helping clients to feel their best!
Whether it's a meal plan, general nutrition guidelines, or a completely individualized approach that is somewhere in between, Hailey takes pride in understanding her clients unique needs to be able to teach them what works for them and their family.
When she is not blabbing about nutrients or meal plans, Hailey is spending time with her husband, twin toddlers, hiking, lifting weights, or finding a horse to ride. She also generally enjoys shenanigans. The more, the merrier.
Stephen Moreau, D.C.
Dr. Stephen graduated from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon with his Doctor of Chiropractic. As a Chiropractic Physician, he focuses on delivering the fast and effective relief by combining chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, and complementary therapies tailored to each patient’s needs. His goal is simple: get you back to what you love—faster and feeling better.
He holds advanced training in disc herniations/sciatica, pregnancy care, and home therapy programs. Dr. Stephen adapts his adjusting techniques to suit every patient—from kids to seniors—and prides himself on precision that often delivers immediate results.
“I love the constant challenge of refining my skills to give the perfect adjustment,” Dr. Stephen says. “So many patients come to me after their medical doctor offered only pain meds or surgery. After working together, most avoid surgery and no longer need medication. That’s the power of what we do.”
Dr. Stephen grew up in Washington state, where his father practiced as a chiropractor. While working at his dad’s clinic in college, he frequently heard patients say on their way out, “I haven’t felt this good in years.” This impact made chiropractic an obvious calling. In his free time, Dr. Stephen enjoys home renovations, photography, and getting outside with his wife Dr. Lindsay, son Simon and Charlie, the office dog.
